We are so confident Movement Pod will move the needle for owner-led gyms that we put it in writing. Option A purchases come with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with assessment volume or program conversions, we make it right.
Full terms are documented in the Pod offer agreement provided before purchase. The guarantee does not apply to Option B (monthly) because there is no upfront commitment to reverse.

- What is the Movement Pod satisfaction guarantee?
- Option A purchases include a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with assessment volume or program conversions, Piper Tech LLC will make it right per the terms documented in your Pod offer agreement.
- Does the guarantee apply to Option B (monthly)?
- No. The guarantee is exclusive to Option A. Option B is month-to-month with no minimum commitment and no guarantee.
- How do I claim the guarantee?
- Contact us at info@piper.tech within 60 days of installation with specifics of where the system fell short. We will work together on a remedy or refund per the agreement.
- What evidence do you require to honor the guarantee?
- Reasonable proof that the Pod was used in line with the coach training (10+ assessments/month attempted) and that gym staff completed the 2-hour onboarding. Full terms in your signed agreement.
