Terms of Use & Pod Offer Terms

1. Acceptance

By using piper.tech you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.

2. Site use

Marketing site only. No medical advice is given. Movement Pod scores are for coaching purposes only — not diagnosis, treatment, or injury prediction.

3. Pod offer — Option A (Own the hardware; 60-day satisfaction return)

Option A: $6,000 hardware (you own immediately). First month of software/service is free; then $100/mo under an annual subscription starting month 2. Onboarding is included. Shipping and tax are separate. Option A includes an unconditional 60-day satisfaction return: the gym returns the kiosk and Piper Tech pays return shipping. Details are on /guarantee and in the signed Pod Purchase and Service Agreement provided before checkout.

4. Pod offer — Option B (36-month plan)

Option B: $379/mo for 36 months including hardware and software/service. Onboarding is included. Shipping and tax are separate. No satisfaction return. After month 36, you own the kiosk and continue at $100/mo for software/service.

5. Invite-only online checkout

Eligible buyers may place an order through invite-only Stripe Checkout at /buy after signing Piper's Pod Purchase and Service Agreement (version 0.1) and receiving a single-use invite code. Completing Stripe Checkout pays the signed order for the selected Option A or Option B commercial terms above. The signed agreement controls. Stripe Checkout does not replace that agreement.Additional Pods at the same location require a custom founder-issued order. Onboarding is included: staff training by webinar or in person, plus reasonable sales-script and handoff help. Onsite installation is a local courtesy, not a promised visit or fixed duration. Shipping and tax are separate and may be calculated or collected at checkout or invoiced separately. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; see our Privacy Policy for what Stripe and Redis store for checkout.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, the Movement Pod name, the tagline "You vs You. With replay.", and the underlying assessment protocol are property of Piper Tech LLC. No use without written permission.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Site provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piper Tech LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Exclusive venue: Butler County, PA.
