SMS Terms (TCPA)

Piper Tech LLC operates two separate SMS programs. Message and data rates may apply for both. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help on either program.
Program A — Website Lead Gen
Opt-in through forms on piper.tech (for example Prefer SMS updates on /contact). Messages may include Movement Pod updates, scheduled-call confirmations, and account-related notifications.
- Sender: (724) 409-3815
- Frequency: Up to 4 messages per month. Frequency varies.
Program B — Meridian kiosk OTP (2FA)
Opt-in only on the in-gym Movement Pod kiosk after an assessment. Members who choose "Text me a code" enter a US mobile number and must check an unchecked-by-default consent box before a one-time verification SMS is sent. SMS is optional — members may use email OTP or a QR code instead. Consent is not required to finish the assessment or to purchase Movement Pod.

- Frequency: Typically 1 verification SMS per request (limited retries). Not marketing.
- Sample message: "Movement Pod code: 123456. Expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out."

Cost
Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. Piper Tech LLC does not charge for messages.
Supported carriers
All major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP / HELP
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance or contact info@piper.tech. Voice calls should be directed to (724) 209-4199.
Mobile number non-sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Consent log retention
We retain proof of your SMS consent (timestamp, displayed disclosure text, opt-out history; and for website forms, IP and user agent) for 24 months from the most recent message, consistent with TCPA litigation defense best practice.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
You do not have to consent to SMS to buy Movement Pod, finish a kiosk assessment, or receive other communications from Piper Tech LLC.
